Dustin boasts a distinguished career spanning over 18 years in the real estate and property management sectors. His journey into real estate began after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Oklahoma State University.
Rather than pursuing a career in political campaigns, Dustin ventured into property management, gaining invaluable experience in efficiently and effectively managing properties of various sizes and conditions including renovations of over 1000 units.
Having worked for most of his career with a publicly traded REIT, Dustin understands the compliance and reporting that are necessary for a property to be successful. Dustin brings his extensive knowledge, experience, and visionary leadership to the forefront, driving success and growth in the competitive real estate and property management arena.

Kristina is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience in the property management industry. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Oklahoma State University.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering value to both residents and investors. Kristina's extensive career in property management has spanned various levels and facets of the field, providing her with a well-rounded perspective. She has worked in both public and private real estate companies, managing over $200 million in assets, gaining valuable insights and experiences that have contributed to her success in the industry. Her forward thinking approach has yielded positive results, optimized efficiency, and enhanced the overall resident experience.
